Retail Assistant
My client is looking for experienced and friendly sales assistants to join their busy team on a temporary basis with the possibility of a permanent role. You will have ideally previous experience working in a retail environment and have a passion for delivering excellent levels of customer service within the retail sector.
Package
* Good rates of pay starting at GBP10-GBP10.50 p/h + holiday pay
* Minimum 20-30 hours per week
* Immediate start
* Weekly pay
* Fun and friendly working environment
* Potential for permanent role
* One weekend shift per week
Responsibilities
* Using exceptional product knowledge to highlight benefits and features of a wide range of products
* Making recommendations based on a customer's specific requirements
* Delivering excellent service
* Offering advice and engaging in meaningful conversations with customers
* Providing an exceptional customer experience
* Managing stock to keep the store presentable
Requirements
* Experience working in a busy retail environment would be preferred
* Exceptional customer service skills, able to engage with the guests, ensuring their expectations are surpassed
* An understanding of consistently delivering unrivalled levels of service and/or the desire to learn
* Happy working hours that the retail sector requires including one weekend day per week
* Presentable and professional plus approachable and friendly
* Passionate about retail and a committed team player
