This is a unique opportunity, working for a Company with a unique product. You will be part of a small, but friendly and hands on team that give exemplary customer services to all their customers. Listening skills are essential, accuracy and PC literate are also very key. The role will be varied and busy, so someone who remains calm and doesn't falter in the service they provide.
Initially this a short term cover, but could lead to other opportunities, so someone who is available to take on a short term role but also could be looking for something longer term would be ideal.
