Sales Manager - GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 + Bonus (OTE GBP45,000 - GBP50,000)

*Managing a team of office based Sales Executives
*Working with the team to maintain existing clients
*Designing and implementing a Sales strategy in order to target and secure new accounts across many sectors
We are looking for a dynamic and adept Sales Manager with a strong intellect.
You will possess:
*Proven experience of managing a pro-active Sales team.
*The ability to engage and drive the team to meet individual and team targets
*The ability to coach and nurture talent within the team
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with other departments across the business
