Job Title: Temporary Finance Assistant
Location: Haywards Heath
Duration: Temporary - Ongoing
Salary: GBP10.25ph
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm
Benefits: Weekly pay, holiday pay, Pension, Parking, WFH
We're delighted to be working with our wonderful client in their search for a Finance Assistant to join their team in a temporary capacity.
The role will sit amongst the finance team and will be responsible for:
Monitoring customer direct debit and card payments
Following up with customers on bounced and failed payments
Reconciling and comparing payments across a number of company systems
Checking and comparing statementsThis role can be a combination of office-based and home-based working and the ideal candidate will have their own laptop with Windows 10. It is possible, that they could consider a part-time candidate if necessary, although the preference would be for a full-time person.
Candidates with the following experience will be prioritised:
Experience working in a Finance role / Finance department
Comfortable with Excel
