My client is a progressive farming operation with several farms across the country, they are looking for a Farm Manager to over see a 255,000 bird site Northamptonshire.

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic individual, dedicated to taking responsibility for a high standard of flock care, welfare and performance.

Responsibilities will typically include:

• Production performance
• Ensuring bird welfare
• Feed management
• Ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard
• Maintaining safe working practices
• Ventilation management
• Vaccinations
• Record keeping

This is a challenging and rewarding long term role for a hands-on and committed individual, who has the confidence to run the farm largely as their own. The remuneration package reflects this with an excellent salary, performance bonus and a 3 bedroomed home.
