The Enablement Team ensure Sage Accountants and Bookkeepers achieve the highest value from our products, playing a big role in the adoption and implementation of Sage products in practices across the UK. This role will be field based covering South Wales, the South West (Cornwall - Southampton). You will have strong stakeholder management and be confident presenting and guiding customers through the migration of our products and services. You will be working with our Accountants and Bookkeepers at all stages of their journey (On-boarding, Nurturing and Renewal) and be an advocate for Sage while confidently demonstrating and promoting Sage products and services. The role varies greatly from day to day covering everything from 1-2-1 webinars and training to presentations to large audiences at roadshows and Sage University Live events.

•Take ownership and accountability for your given region within the UK, you will ensure practices in your area are given all the help and support they need.
•This is key to ensuring customers success in the first year, you'll contact practices who are new to Sage offering structured help, support and training to ensure the practice gets the maximum value from their Sage purchase. You will need to identify stalled on-boarding customers to encourage and work with them until integration and adoption.
•Flexibility is vital within this position, the accountant's division run events across the UK throughout the year. You will be expected to present or support presenters during these events which does involve flexibility around travel nationally. You will also take on the role of trainer to a classroom of delegates to deliver our world class Sage University Live events.
•You will work with the Enablement Team Lead to collate and present feedback to drive product enhancements and improvements as well as seeking opportunities to enhance adoption. Identify accounts at risk of churn and mitigate.
•You'll be relied upon for product related questions from both accountants and internal sales staff too, so it's imperative that you keep up to date with new product enhancements.
