Our client lies in the heart of Rhondda Cynon Taf in glorious South Wales. They're proud of their deep-rooted history in providing housing and support for the people and communities where they work. They provide 1827 homes for living rents, and their hugely respected Cwm Taf Care & Repair subsidiary provides services to enable older or disabled people living in privately-owned homes to maintain their safety and independence.
Above all though, they are a people-based organisation. They're passionate about providing great services and support, about being a good employer, and about being a respected partner in their region and across Wales.
They're looking for a Project Administrator whose aim is to help reduce poverty and social exclusion for those furthest from the labour market through basic skill building and training which moves participants closer to employment.
In addition, the project aims to build resilience in participants' wider lives through increased contact with others, accessing bespoke specialist services that can support them, and building networks that can create happy and sustainable communities.
The Project Administrator will assist delivering the project by ensuring compliance with the WCVA Active Inclusion Funding requirements by supporting the Project Officers with accurate recording and effective monitoring and evaluation of the project.
You will develop effective relationships internally and externally to deliver joined up holistic support services to project participants. You must have an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent through relevant training/experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, customer focussed person who has a genuine passion and demonstrable experience of delivering quality services. Being respectful and inclusive to colleagues and customers will be important to you
