DAYS BASED ROLE
Maintenance Team Leader required for an established brand within the FMCG industry. They have recently invested heavily on site and offer a varied role with a mixture of hands on work and team leadership responsibilities.
The role will be suited to applicants who are EITHER electrically or mechanically biased. Applicants from high volume manufacturing or a production environment experience will have a considerable advantage, although all transferable skills and experience will be taken into consideration. Engineers who have experience of team leadership, supervisory or senior engineer roles, will have a considerable advantage. This is NOT a necessity!
The role will be predominantly hands on, carrying out both reactive and pre-planned maintenance within a busy manufacturing site. You will also be responsible for liaising with shop floor staff and other engineers to prioritise breakdowns and communicate downtime and boost morale amongst staff. You will work on a wide range of high volume processing machinery and get involved with continuous improvement/project work due to ongoing investment.

* Reactive Maintenance and PPM on all process equipment in a high-volume production environment.

The Person Required:
