Online Merchandising & Content Manager

As the Online Merchandising & Content Manager you will be heartbeat of the online team managing and in house team of four reports. As an owner management multi-multi million GBP company - you will get extremely enviable support as well as the freedom to make the role your own.
You will be doing the following:
Responsible for sales and conversion across two market leading UK sites
You will be looking at exciting online consumers and optimising the journey
You will bring the companies amazing products and campaigns to life
You will use data and insight to optimise the consumer journey
You will have a test and learn approach around site improvements
Be responsible for the site taxonomy, navigation and search function
You will work with the marketing and buying team to support the development and execution of promotional campaigns
Manage the online content and product creation to ensure products are presented in the best way
Work with external marketing partners to everything is optimised leading in to the website from a search perspectivePrevious experience:
3 to 5 years ecommerce merchandising experience
Detailed understanding of ecommerce
Hands on experience of merchandising, customer journeys and web analytics
Proven experience of growing an online brand and presence
Skills across Google Analytics 360
Passion for the latest ecommerce trends
