Our client, a leading manufacturer, is looking for an eCommerce Sales Development Manager for their Ramsgate site. Ideally, they are looking for a business graduate who has some finance and marketing training who is keen to learn new platforms such as Amazon. They are looking for someone who can help grow the business and structure them for growth.
eCommerce Sales Development Manager - Responsibilities:
Lead the effort to develop and implement plans to profitably grow ecommerce revenue
Provide commercial support for the specific products business.
Monitor, manage and update all websites through liaison with the US team as appropriate.
Provide literature support through advertising, brochures and targeted e-shot and mail campaigns
Support new product launch plans online and through traditional channels.
Liaise with colleagues to write and promote case studies.
Design and implement press releases working internally with our US teams.
Monitor PR activities, media, and customer metrics to formulate growth plans.
Provide Customer Service cover as and when required.Person Specification:
Degree educated in a Business related field, or equivalent
Strong IT Skills
Previous experience in a relevant field i.e., eCommerce, Marketing.
Passionate about online retail
Financially astute
Good communication skills, verbally and written would be advantageous
Ability to feedback ideas and improvements to management team desirable
