Shifts: Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm, Saturdays 8am - 5pm (with the potential for future Sunday working) including public holidays. Rotas are published 4 weeks in advance enabling you to balance your work and home life.
What happens next?
If you are successful in your application you will be invited to attend an assessment centre during the week commencing 5th July 2021 with a view to starting with us on the 16th August 2021.
What will your day look like?
* Manage incoming customer contacts in their chosen channel (call, letter, email, social media or chat) offering information, advice on HomeServe products and services, turning contacts into Sales leads and appointments.
* Using an outbound dialler, make calls to customers who have enquired about HomeServe products online.
* Where possible help customers with issues raised to prevent engineers from having to attend thereby improving customer service and reducing costs to the business from minor call-outs.
Required skills
* Basic IT skills whereby you are confident navigating your way around email, word and excel
* Clear, confident and polite telephone manner
