The Northants Region of Manpower covering Milton Keynes, Northampton and Peterborough have a new and exciting opportunity for a Temporaries Delivery Consultant to join the team with a warm desk.
You will have the drive and determination to grow and develop our client base.
Youll need to have recent experience in recruitment or sales as you will be selling our services to potential clients.
Proven success in meeting SLA, KPI and GP targets.
You will also build relationships across our network to ensure the clients you convert are developed to their maximum potential by your colleagues.
Confidence to lead client meetings to achieve sales.
What we can offer you:
Permanent contract Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week.
A mixture of working from the office and working from home
Competitive basic salary and a realistic commission structure
Bonus scheme - Up to GBP50k OTE
Holiday entitlement increasing with service
