We are recruiting for a Purchase Administrator to join our innovative, vibrant and busy client. This role is an IMMEDIATE start working in Fenny Stratford, MK.
The role will entail:
Adding purchase orders, products, suppliers etc. onto internal systems.
Dealing with invoices and receipts, processing expenses and other book-keeping duties.
Fleet management - booking services and MOT's for company vehicles.
Dealing with inbound phone calls, emails and post.
Accounts receivable duties, analysing data and speaking with our customers.
Providing admin support for other departments when required.
Assisting with Health & Safety compliance.
The hourly rate is between GBP9.18-GBP10.29 per hour on a temporary basis however we are offering this on a temporary to permanent role. Your salary once you are permanent will be circa GBP21,500.00.
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
Purchasing / office admin experience
Experience using XERO or similar accounting software
Attention to detail
Excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Excel)
A can do attitude
