Wise Employment have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Assistant to join one of our clients due to continued growth in the Plymouth area.
Our client is looking for a HR Assistant with fantastic administrative and communication abilities. This will be a challenging, yet highly rewarding role that will operate within a fast-paced environment.
Duties & responsibilities
Act as a point of contact for HR enquiries
Advise line managers on ER topics
Process employment changes
Organise screening and background checks for all senior new starters
Provide administration support and general assistance in all HR matters
Support the recruitment process for Head Office & new Stores
Assist in the ongoing review of the HR policies and procedures
You will have
Passionate about delivering exceptional service,
Exceptional administration and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in an HR administrative role,
Strong organisational skills,
The ability to manage your own time effectively and work to competing deadlines.
Have a professional and approachable manner,
Team player with the ability to work independently
Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy
IT literate, proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
This is a full time, temporary to permanent role working 8.45am-5.30pm Monday to Friday and offers a competitive salary!
