Candidate - Foremost you will be a successful and driven salesperson ideally combined with some heating, ventilation, HVAC, plumbing or renewables experience.

The Position

This is a newly created Regional Sales Manager position due to unprecedented market growth for this companies' high quality heating systems used in domestic housing -refurbishments/replacements and new builds. You will run a large regional patch, managing existing installer / contractor relationships, housebuilders, building developers, local authorities and housing associations alongside developing your own new clients. You will have the unique competitive advantage to be able to offer the most reliable and efficient heating systems on the market that also offer your clients a resale margin second to none.

* GBP35k - GBP45k Basic Salary

Experience Required

Ideally you will have sold a specified product into residential housing B2B through a specification sales process. Experience actually selling heating, ventilation, plumbing or renewables is an advantage but the priority is your sales ability and character. The national sales team are all naturally driven, with high energy levels and relish the opportunity to network, build new relationships and increase sales for their region. This competitive team has helped the business get to the marketing dominating position it is in today and now requiring a new Regional Sales Manager for the region so you must have the same winning team mentality. Training will be given along with extensive marketing and product tools to represent the company effectively.
