My client based between Penkridge and Stafford are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
Duties:-
* Chasing all overdue debts
* Reviewing debt recovery procedures & where necessary starting the process of legal action due to late or missed multiple payments
* Ensuring successful payments & direct debits & clearing down all allocated cash / credits
* Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
* Credit checking new accounts & cancellations of accounts
* Taking payments
* Checking all documents are correct for compliance
* Assisting with Audits
* End of month statement runs
Key Skills:
* Experience in Credit Control is essential
* Fully conversant in using SAGE & MS Excel
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
* Excellent time management skills and ability to work to targets set
