We're currently recruiting for a Resource and Training Manager to support the training and development, talent and onboarding strategy within the Telecoms business, whilst overseeing the management of the training function through effective resource utilisation.

Job Responsibilities

In this exciting Resource and Training Manager role, you'll work closely with our Learning and Development teams to promote apprenticeships and ensure all employees are mapped against the Telecoms training matrix. You'll create a Telecoms workforce plan and work closely with the recruitment team to develop accurate and consistent pipeline of activity. You'll also develop the employee retention and engage teams to ensure a diverse and skilled business.

What do we need from you?

You'll have previous experience as a trainer with demonstrable experience of designing and developing training programmes and material within a complex business. You'll also have experience leading the delivery of a training cycle and know-how with supporting managers to address learning areas and educational needs. You'll have a solid understanding of resource plans and forecasting to deliver on people pipelines and previous experience of working within a training function in Telecoms is desirable.
