As a result of our clients expansion plans and continued ongoing success, Pertemps are seeking a HR Assistant, to be based at their modern Head Office in Plymouth.
We are looking to appoint a HR Assistant with fantastic administrative and communication abilities. This will be a challenging, yet highly rewarding role that will operate within a fast-paced environment.
Working alongside a dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to challenge and create procedures that will improve business and individual performance and well-being.
This is a varied role, so no one day will be the same. You will be expected to:
act as a point of contact for HR enquiries
advise line managers on ER topics
process employment changes
organise screening and background checks for all senior new starters
provide administration support and general assistance in all HR matters
support the recruitment process for Head Office & new Stores
assist in the ongoing review of the HR policies and proceduresThe successful candidate will need to ideally have previous HR Administration experience, be passionate about delivering exceptional service and have excellent administration and interpersonal skills.
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, offering a great salary and full time hours.
Mon - Fri 8:45am - 5:30pm, located at their bright and modern offices in Derriford.
