Purpose of Role:

The role is to coordinate the Company Benefits processes, as well as providing support to the Payroll function. The role will produce the relevant analytical data required by the team for Payroll and HR.

Primary Accountabilitiess:

Benefit Coordination

Liaising with both Pension providers with employees issues and problems.
Monthly report of employee changes to Pension Providers
Monthly report of changes
Download change report detailing employee benefit changes
Check and Instruct the Payroll team on any Benefits changes
Focal point for the Car Salary Sacrifice invoice.
Process PAYE on HMRC portal for any new or returned vehicles using P46 form.
HR web page updates.
Liaise with Fleet Coordinator regarding any changes to Job Allocated Cars.
Loyalty Awards
Focal point of communications and queries in regards to the benefit window
Payroll Support:

Monitor and instruct Age Related Wage Increases
Compose letters to apprentice, keep Louise Dean aware & Give instructions to payroll.
Coordinate Client's Auto enrolment
Checking with Government guidelines & Pension authorities to ensure compliance.
P11d Support
Overall support of the payroll process, working closely with the Payroll Specialist
Analytical Data

Produce the Analytical Data for the HR Team in Regards to Rolling Attrition, benefit utilisation etc.
Continuous Improvement Approach to work
