Street Cleaners
Street Cleaners required to make a Difference to Leicester's Parks and Public Spaces!
We are looking for hard working individuals, who enjoy working outdoors and who want to be involved in being part of making Leicester a cleaner and safer environment.
Working with the Parks & Environment team you will be involved in the clearing of rubbish and seeping of public areas.
This is quite manual job that required you to be on your feet most of the day.
Every morning you will be required to report to a designated depot where you and a crew of staff will be taken to an area of Leicester to carry out the cleansing tasks
Rate of Pay & Hours of Work:
Starting hourly rate of GBP8.91 with regular increases with longevity.
The hours are 7.5 hours per day with several required start times:
06:00am, 06:30am , 07:00am , 07:15am , 08:00am , 08:30am
About you:
We are looking for the following:
Hard Worker
Not afraid to get your hands Dirty!
Able to be on your feet all day
Able to take instruction and carry our tasks effectively.
Aware of health & safety in an industrial workplace
