We are currently looking for Support Housing Officer to work with one of the biggest Charities within London.
What will your responsibilities be?
Supporting Young People Aged 16-25.
Helping Young People with Independence and Assisting their needs.
What Housing Benefits they are entitled to and Monitoring there Rent Arrears.
Day to Day work within a Hostel.
Recording of Data.
Risk Assessments.
Supporting a Caseload.Overall Summary of the Role
Promote a vibrant culture with an uncompromising commitment to excellence and fully integrated support and development services, reflecting the needs of those accessing the service.
To work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team that works with young people to identify and meet their personal, social, learning and work needs.
Follow the lead from line management to ensure that all performance and contractual targets are met and exceeded ensuring that all client data is recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
Your approach to work should demonstrate and reflect Centrepoint's values of integrity, energy, humility, entrepreneurial, accountable, and focused.
Salary
Salary of GBP22,700

What are we looking for?
A candidate that has worked for more than three years within the Sector.
Previously worked for a Council, Housing Association, or a Charity.
Previously worked with Young People.
Worked within a Hostel.
Transferrable skills from previous roles.
NVQ Qualification - Not Essential.Benefits
25 days of annual leave per year, rising by one day per year to a maximum of 27 days.
