Success Recruit are currently working with a construction related company in North Essex who are seeking to recruit a Account Manager to join their growing business and team, initially on a one year fixed term contract with the view to be extended subject to individual performance.
The successful candidate will be working closely alongside a team ensuring the highest levels of customer service and repeat business is achieved for the business at all times.
The successful Account Manager will be expected to:
* Have excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask
* Have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
* Friendly & helpful attitude
The successful Account Manager will be rewarded with:
* A friendly team environment that will help you achieve in this position
* The opportunity to go permanent should the opportunity arise in the year ahead

Job Description
The Account Manager will be supporting a team member with client ownership and building strong relationships with internal and external contacts.
Duties to include but not limited to:
* Order processing (in region of 30 per day)
* Calling clients when processing is up to date & ensuring stock levels are maintained
* Maintaining existing customer relationships through monthly phone calls
* Taking incoming orders and enquiries
* Speaking with suppliers to find cost prices and quoting customers
* Liaising with couriers about PODs and customer collections

Hours:
Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 5:00pm
Salary:
GBP20 - GBP25k dependant on experience
