Internal Sales Support
A new and exciting opportunity has been created working for a highly successful, global manufacturing and distribution company based in Dunstable.
The purpose of this role is to support the sales team with inbound calls and order processing. You will be liaising with customers over the phone and offering product knowledge.
Job Responsibilities
* Working with the internal sales team to complete day to day tasks and provide telephone support
* Dealing with a high level of incoming sales enquiries and escalating complex cases
* Dealing with high volume of inbound calls, ensuring every call is answered promptly and with an excellent standard of customer service
* Support occasional outbound calling campaigns
* Assist with returns and order processing
