Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting a high profile commercial business looking to appoint an Interim Regional HR Manager, the role will be for 12 months in the first instance but could extend for the right candidate.
My client is looking for someone to join the wider HR team but will operate remotely in the Yorkshire and North West regions providing an overall generalist HR support at HR Manager level. We are looking for someone who is able to hit the ground running with the confidence to quickly get up to speed with work volumes and add value to the team.
Locations will include South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, North West
Particular projects will include:
Supporting managers with the full end to end recruitment process
Ability to deal with day to day HR issues from managers including ER issues, grievance, disciplinaries, performance issues
Support managers and employees interpreting policy and procedure and advising accordingly
Additionally the role will offer advice on absence management, flexible working, employment law and learning & development initiatives
We are looking for someone with demonstrable HR experience who is ideally immediately available and happy to commit to 12 months in the first instance. You must be able to demonstrate confidence and a good team ethic.
The role will be based at one of their locations and will involve regular travel to other sites. Whilst they are only able to offer occasional home working, flexibility will be given to the right candidate.
A company car and fuel card will be provided.
