Description:
*
Cleaning and maintaining all areas detailed on the cleaning schedule both internal and external, to the prescribed standards
*
Operation of a scheduled cleaning maintenance programme, daily, weekly, monthly, annually
*
Reporting to the Manager damage to fittings, fabric of the buildings or equipment
*
Advising the Manager of cleaning materials stock
*
Follow all health and safety requirements of role
*
Ensuring up to date knowledge of and adhering to all policies and procedures
*
Cleaning specified areas within customer's homes including bathroom toilets, kitchen, living room, bedrooms and hallways
Requirements:
*
Good knowledge and experience of cleaning
*
Ability to recognise and adhere to safety instructions and warnings on products and equipment
*
Understand responsibilities under the Health & Safety at Work Act
*
Understand provisions of COSHH Regulation
Benefits:

This is a flexible position which means hours will be agreed in advance on an 'as and when' basis, however the hours are usually during the day time Monday to Sunday.

Hourly rate of GBP9.50 per hour
