Customer Account Manager-(Not call centre)

GBP25,000 + Excellent monthly bonus GBP300-GBP1,000

The Role:
Generating business through quality customer service
Actively work collection routes and collect overdue payments over the telephone and in person
Chasing leads
Explaining services and products to customers and analyse customer suitability for productsThere is NO cold calling involved although you will be expected to call back people who have initially enquired and to convert enquiries in to actual business.
Key responsibilities for candidates:
Building customer relationships
Upselling and Cross-selling
Closing business
Achieving designated sales targetsKey requirements for candidates:
Driven and hungry to succeed, Money motivated, Highly energetic and enthusiastic Confident with excellent communication skills ideally you will have Financial or collections experience but a high aptitude for learning will be highly regarded.
