Greystone Consulting Group are currently recruiting a Customer Services Administrator for a well-established and market leading firm based in Cardiff.

The ideal candidate will have strong telephone based customer service and administration skills, and be a quick learner.

Job Description:

* Dealing with telephone based enquiries

* Registering customers over the telephone

* Recording all information and notes on CRM system

* Other ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements:

* Telephone based customer service experience

* Strong administration experience

* Quick learner

* Hard working and enthusiastic

* Good telephone manner

Working Hours:

* Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Package:

* Basic salary of GBP19,000 per annum
