I am looking for a talented customer relationship manager who will be entering an exciting and critical phase of a large and potentially long-term engagement with organisations inside Turkey.
This role will start on a 3-6-month contract term, with the potential to develop into an exciting long term permanent placement for the right person.
The successful candidate will manage communication and the sales and delivery cycle with an important distributor and their customers. You will support customer activity, acting as an enabler of the business strategy by working closely with the product and sales teams.
You will be a customer and product evangelist and will play an integral role in how a large business opportunity is developed.
Outstanding communication skills, enthusiasm and teamwork are essential.
In turn, you will be well supported and have the benefit of an experienced management team, a well-developed market opportunity and a team around you focusing on the same goals.
This role is available immediately.
What do we need you to do?
* Be fluent in Turkish
* Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our software distributor and their clients.
* Support our distributor in building their client relationships.
* Quickly assimilate the details of an international opportunity and bring confidence to those you are working with.
* Integrate yourself into the sales and delivery processes to add value.
* Work closely with the internal team to co-ordinate customer requests
* Document and present customer account progress
* Identify requirements, risks, and blockers to progressing business growth.
* Perform product demonstrations.
* Present internally and externally as needed.
* Collect data from users and customers to develop the product delivery value.
* Represent the business with integrity and professionalism to deliver outcomes that delight distributors and customers.
What type of person are we looking for?
* You have a talent with relationship management.
* You are bilingual with English and Turkish. Any other languages a bonus!
* You are confident working with all levels of an organisation from leaders to administrators.
* You are commercially savvy, comfortable with contracts, numbers, and business requirements.
* Comfortable with technology, you are happy to learn software products that you can demo to new users and answer their questions
* You ask questions and look for answers, find and use resources to achieve success.
* You partner and champion effectively, both locally and internationally.
* You deliver results with a steady and consistent approach.
* You excel in a dynamic environment and embrace change with enthusiasm and focus
