Up to GBP27,000 (depending level of experience)

My client, a global software company, are looking to add one, maybe two, Support Analysts to their team. The Support team are responsible for providing an awesome portfolio of customers, the majority of which are household names, with technical support on their market leading software.
As a Support Analyst, you will have the ability to adapt to a variety of situations and individuals, working towards win-win outcomes, identifying key or underlying issues in both complex situations and product related matters. Communication skills are key as you will engage internally and externally offering progress updates along the way, providing sound recommendations or solutions that are client focused and where possible anticipating client's upcoming needs.
To be considered I need:
* Minimum 6 months software / IT support experience
* Minimum 6 months customer support experience
* Any IT education / qualification is advantageous
* MS SQL Server is highly advantageous
* Networking technologies
* Strong communicator, a good listener, problem solving skills, resourceful
You will be working within a robust team, initially remotely until COVID restrictions ease, your hours split across a Monday - Friday shift pattern between 7am to 10pm (3 weeks days, 3 weeks early, 1 week late). This company is big on training their staff, leading to genuine progressive career opportunities that could be within Support, Implementation, Training, PM or Development
