Employee Engagement and Events Manager
We are working exclusively on an exciting permanent opportunity for an Employee Engagement and Events Manager to join one of the UK's leading Chartered Surveyors for the utility and infrastructure sectors. Our client deals with everything from pipelines and wind turbines to cables and transport whose core expertise lies in linear projects delivered to a wide range of clients from their multiple offices across the UK.
This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join a fun, agile and fast paced business. Reporting to the Head of People, you will play a key role in encouraging and enhancing our employer brand.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a confident approach, positive attitude and an ability to collaborate. You will understand the importance of our culture and be able to extensively promote this, both internally and externally.
What you'll be doing:
* Working with the People Team and wider business to maintain a happy and engaged workforce
* Delivering EVP Strategies in a seamless and cost-effective way. Measuring success and using feedback for future initiatives
* Working closely with Sector Leads and People Leads to understand how people are really feeling
* Taking ownership of quarterly pulse surveys and presenting themes and recommendations back to the business
* Designing internal communications in conjunction with the Marketing team
* Leading company groups, initiatives, events and socials - which happen a lot!
* Responsible for the Engagement strategy and social budgets
* Encourage participation across the business in all offices and at all levels
* Embrace our client's values, engendering a positive attitude within the workplace
