Learning Coordinator
We are looking for a Learning Coordinator on a 6-month fixed term contract to join our Customer Services team.
The role of a Learning Coordinator is to provide efficient and effective administrative and customer service support for all CIPFA PQ training activity and the wider customer services team.
Learning Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Supporting the Courses Team Lead in the administration and set up of all training courses in CRM and on the website for each term.
• Supporting of all assessments. This will include progress tests, case studies and mock examinations.
• Managing arrangements for all computer-based assessments.
• Responding to enquiries from students in relation to their training.
• Preparing attendance registers for all classes, log attendance on the database and report absences where appropriate.

Contract Type: Fixed Term, 6 months
Hours: Full Time, 36hrs per week (normally between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm)
Salary: GBP20,500 per annum
