Owing to successful growth, a leading developer of photonic products is now looking for a Qualification and Reliability Manager to join their team in South Devon.
Working from their Devon facility, you will report to the Chief Operating Officer, reporting regularly to Senior Management and Project Teams.
Your main responsibilities will be the management of the Qualification and Reliability Team and their workload.
In addition you will be responsible for the strategy, planning and development of the onsite and partner capabilities for Qualification and Reliability.
Working with all key stakeholders, you will test, demonstrate and report on the reliability of products and PIC, and provide guidance to product development and planning activities to minimise risks.
Managing the team of 3-5 in Q&R, you will be responsible for the planning, delivery and reporting on all aspects of Qualification and Reliability.

Experience:
As the successful Qualification and Reliability Manager, you will have a proven track record in Managing Qualification and Reliability teams within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
Ideally you will be qualified to Degree level in a relevant discipline such as Physics, Engineering, Semiconductor or similar.
Additional Information:
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Copies of Passport and Visa will be requested.
