Band 6 Community Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist: Hunter AHP have an opportunity for an experienced Community Rehab Occupational Therapist to secure a 3-6 month locum contract, in West London. The service provides Community rehabilitation for patients in West London.
Community Rehab Occupational Therapists work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary therapy team, a car driver isn't required as there are great public transport links.
Key responsibilities of the Community Rehab Occupational Therapy role as follows:
Managing a general case load of patients in the community.
Assess, identify problems, set goals and plan rehab.
Liaise with the MDT of patients on going needs, progress made and discharge from case load
