We have an exciting new opportunity to join a market leading IT solutions provider covering enterprise clients across the EMEA region. You will join the team that provides the highest level of support to provide support and be involved in upgrade projects for a growing customer base.

We are looking for a candidate that has excellent technical and interpersonal skills with some project management capabilities, preferably with experience working for a IT solutions provider previously in a 3rd Line Senior Support Engineer role.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Supporting multiple customers ranging from both Public and Private sectors
  • Support, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange and SQL solutions
  • Support, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of VMWare and HyperV solutions
  • Support, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Azure Cloud based solutions
  • Support, Maintenance and Troubleshooting Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in providing in-depth Infrastructure support to a growing client base.
  • Experience supporting on premises and cloud hosted Microsoft solutions.
  • Experience supporting and deploying Microsoft Azure and O365 solutions.
  • A good understanding of VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Solid experience of delivering and assessing security solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root cause and implement change-controlled changes.
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure in a fastmoving environment.

Qualifications:

One of the following certifications are mandatory for the role.

  • Citrix Certified Professional for Virtualization;
  • AZ 104/AZ300/AZ500/MCITP

The following certifications are desirable but not necessarily essential.

  • Citrix Certified Associate for Networking
