Due to a new business win, Triangle Recruitment are looking to recruit an Onsite Recruitment Account Manager, Managing an Industrial Site, which operates on a two shift pattern.

1. Role
Deliver services in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and to exceed client's expectations. Respond to client requirements ensuring fulfilment of requests on time and in full within budget.

2. Key Accountabilities
• Deliver a quality first class service and customer care to client and candidates
• Achievement of fulfilment targets
• Ensure compliance standards are upheld
• Maintain strong relationships with client, candidates and across the business
• Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are met
• People/Worker management

3. Responsibilities will include:
• Daily assessment of volume requirements, forecasting and fulfilment
• Recruitment and planning of recruitment
• Induction training and/or initial training with candidates
• Conduct regular review meetings with client to understand and communicate business changes
• Building strong relationships internally and externally
• Managing weekly payroll process, ensuring accuracy
• Use IT systems available and ensure internal systems are fully and accurately updated as necessary
• Manage administration processes such as change requests, absences etc.
• Collate, analyse, report, communicate and manage performance against KPI's
• Operate within client and Company SLA's ensuring you meet and achieve them, identifying solutions to address any shortfalls
• Understanding local labour market and industry sector and communicate potential impact
• Communicate appropriately internally and externally to develop strong relationships
• Monthly collating of Management Information and reporting
• Ensure all staff operate in line with company policies and procedures
• Report issues in a timely manner to line manager or as per site internal escalation process
• Manage compliance requirements and keep secure records for audit purposes
• Awareness of people management policies and procedures, seeking guidance when required
