Property Manager (Housing/Residential).
Croydon - Working from home
6 month temporary contract
cGBP20 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager for this estate based in the Croydon region.
This is a temporary role for 6 months starting ASAP
You will need experience of:
- Property Management within the residential / housing sector
- knowledge of Service Charge
- Knowledge of Section 20
- full driving licence (less than 6 points).
You will:
- provide an effective and efficient block and tenancy management service to homeowners and leaseholders in line with all legal, contractual, regulatory requirements and good and/or best practice.
- provide advice and support to homeowners on relevant related issues including service charges and lease
conditions.
- have overall day-to-day operational responsibility for the efficient and effective delivery of all tenancy-related services for all non-general needs rented stock e.g. market and intermediate rented properties within a designated area. Making sure that all services are dealt with in a proper professional manner wherever possible working to the best industry standards.
