Our client is a key player within the Fashion & Apparel Marketplace. Following significant growth, over the past couple of years, the business is looking to recruit the key role of International Sales Manager / Head of Sales to play an integral part in their aggressive growth plans moving forward.

The Role

As an International Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

* Primarily driving sales within the Fashion & Apparel Retail sector primarily across the UK & Europe

* 60% of your role will be focused on new business development and 40% on maintaining, growing, and developing existing accounts

* To develop and grow the existing customer base by ensuring that the core strengths of Quality and Service are maintained and seek opportunities to add value.

* Planning road trips to visit both existing and target retailers on a regular basis.

* Expanding on International presence through the onboarding of Sales Agents, Distributors, and Direct Partnerships.

The Candidate

* Ideally, you will be from the Fashion & Apparel industry, however, this is not necessary

* Experience selling into European Retail is a must

* Speaking another language would be advantageous but not essential

* Somebody who is friendly, approachable, confident in their field, who can work effectively on their own but also use the support staff available to them.

* Ownership and responsibility for the role and accounts.

* Liaising and negotiating with customer contacts from non-management roles up to business owner levels.

* Commercial awareness

* You must be able to travel to the North West once a week
