Purchase Ledger Senior

Purchase Ledger Senior. My client, a well known organisation based in Coalville has engaged RECfinancial on an exclusive basis to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Senior to join their team on a permanent basis. Due to an increase in business, your role will involve the following;

* Process high volumes of supplier invoices

* Understand the cut off points at month end

* Understand GRNI and reconcile as requested

* Assist with the supervision of other team members if required

* Train team members and ensure that they are fully trained capable of carrying out their work

* Produce payment runs as requested

* Ensure invoices are authorised within company policy

* Handle supplier queries, dealing with invoice discrepancies

* Ensure queries are solved in time to meet payment terms

* Create claims for delivery shortfalls and pricing errors

* Reconcile supplier statements

* Work closely with internal and external contacts
