Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Leicester (Temporarily remote working due to COVID-19 but must be flexible to return to the office environment)
Salary: GBP18,000
Hours: Monday - Friday (within core business hours)
Calling all customer service professionals! Due to recent company growth, my client is now looking to expand their customer service team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be bubbly, enthusiastic, and confident with the determination to exceed customer expectation and ability to work comfortably under pressure.
The Person:
Experience of handling high volumes of customer calls/ queries is essential
Experience of using Microsoft Office packages
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently, with minimum to no supervision
Enthusiastic team player
Ability to work under pressure
The Role:
Provide outstanding customer service
Answer incoming customer calls
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers
Build a good rapport and working relationships
Processing orders, online quotations, mailbox monitoring
Ensure customer information is kept up to date on the core systems
