Mortgage and Protection Advisor
* GBP35,000 - GBP60,000 OTE
* Permanent
We are an extremely busy Mortgage and Protection provider based within a highly reputable, local estate agents. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented CEMAP qualified Mortgage Adviser, to join our team located in and around the Sutton Coldfield area.
The office has a professional team who are well-drilled in referring buyers for mortgage appointments. The successful candidate will benefit from this lead stream.

Daily duties of the role will include:
* Meeting with your clients in person, or over the phone
* Fact-finding effectively to establish the client's current finances and future aspirations
* Giving advice across the whole of market, in line with customer's needs, and the company's policies.
* Explaining about repayments and mortgage protection
* Advising on and selling related financial products, such as buildings or life insurance
* Communicating with the sales negotiators to generate leads for mortgage services.
* Generating personal leads through effective client management.
* Understanding the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance.
Requirements:
* Full CeMAP qualification, and Competent Advisor Status.
* Able to work to deadlines with a heavy workload.
