I am working with a CRM Bristol Based company who are on the look out for a Junior and Senior Service Desk engineer, These people will be learning all the systems which will take a few months as you will have multiple systems to learn.
The ideal candidate would have a 2-4 years in a similar role working closely with SQL and XML, this isn't imperative but would help you to be a successful candidate.
Skills for the Role:
