Warehouse Supervisor

Our client is a long established logistics and distribution business based in Doncaster. They have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their ever expanding business.

As a Warehouse Supervisor the role will involve;

Ensuring daily productivity targets and service levels are achieved
Leading a team of Warehouse Operatives within a busy pick/pack function
Ensuring that orders are dispatched on time
Conducting reviews/meetings with your team
Owning the Query resolution process, including relationships with internal and external customers to ensure Quality standards are adhered to in line with the Quality Management system
Supporting and delivering relevant training programmes where appropriate and be receptive to learning new techniques
Supporting the Site Management team in ensuring a safe workplace so far as is reasonably practicable
Ensure processes are followed and stock accuracy levels are maintained As a Section Leader we will need you to have:

Previous experience working within a warehouse environment at team leader/supervisor level

Free on-site parking
Full time - 37.5 hours
Working a day shift but flexibility required
