Inbound call centre agents required based in Crewe. We have a number of positions available due to our client's continued growth and expansion, they are one of the biggest names in the telecommunications support industry and have recently invested heavily in their continued presence in the local area; it's an exciting time to join them on this journey!
The role;
Working within their call centre, will be taking inbound calls from customers who need to make a claim on their insurance. An excellent approach to customer service and great communication skills are a must for this job as is the enthusiasm to succeed and provide an excellent service. Experience within customer service is a good start however NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY as full training can be provided if you are looking to move in to an office/call centre/customer-service type-role.
Hours of work;
Working hours are between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and between 9am and 6pm on Saturday & Sunday. You will not be required to work every weekend - an example rota is as follows;
* Week 1 - x5 shifts Monday to Friday - rest day Saturday and Sunday - there are flexible starts but fairness rules apply to ensure an equal number of late shifts.
* Week 2 - x4 shifts Monday to Friday - the company aims to give two days back to back Friday, and Saturday then Sunday working 10-5 - there would be x2 9 hour days in the week as Sunday is only 7 hours.
* Week 3 - x4 shifts Monday to Friday - working on Saturday and a rest day Sunday - the company apply fully flexible starts but apply fairness rules to ensure and equal number of late shifts.
