I am currently recruiting for an Outbound Customer Service advisor for my client in Birmingham, the role will be B2B based, speaking to potential clients about their utility bills.
As an Outbound Customer Service Advisor, you will need to have/be:
Be a talented individual that has B2B Sales Experience and excellent at building a rapport with clients
Have the Energy to work in a lively high-pressured office
Excellent written and verbal communication
Money Motivated
Work well as part of a team and individual
Details:
Salary: GBP(phone number removed) per annum, OTE GBP(phone number removed)
Hours: Full Time
Location: Birmingham
Duration: Permanent
Role of an Outbound Customer Service Advisor:
Use a consultative sales approach to effectively promote the services
Understand and assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Effective account management skills to create and sustain client relationships
Respond to all leads and dispatch appropriate information as required
Maintain the CRM database
processing sales orders with a high degree of accuracy
Have a professional telephone manner
