DYNAMIC HR Manager Generalist / Basildon, Essex / GBP30 - GBP40k DOE / CIPD 5+ / Office Based Role
Our client is a fast growing, dynamic business who are dedicated to providing their customers with the latest, most innovative designs. Their dedicated team is over 100 and rapidly growing in all areas - marketing, purchasing, warehouse, customer service, finance etc.
Due to their ambitious growth plans and continued success our client has asked SC4 to partner with them in their search for a dynamic HR professional who is ready to step up for the challenge.
As HR Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for working alongside the management team to deliver a wide range of HR related policies ensuring all HR related activity is carried out consistently and efficiently.

What will my responsibilities be?
First point of contact - for all HR enquires for employees, creating, developing, managing and maintaining HR files
Employment Law - advising & interpreting
Talent & Success - create, plan and implement for the whole company
Employee Sickness - creating, managing and maintaining sickness records, attendance and absence
Working Requests - managing maternity, paternity, flexible/remote working and probation requests
External Visits - regular multiple site visits
Equal Opportunities & Disciplinary - creating and managing policies, meetings etc
New Starter Packs - create new starter packs, induction plans and exit interviews
What do I need to be successful in this role:
* You will need to have all rounded HR experience including recruitment, talent management and succession planning
* Strong IT skills and confidence with new technology
* A high-energy, fun and dynamic personality
* Compassion and Empathy as well as being approachable
* CIPD 5 +
