Recruitment Resourcer
Pace Recruitment Services have an exciting opportunity for a full time Recruitment Resourcer to support our very busy Industrial and Manufacturing desks.
Our team of Resourcers play an essential role in supporting our Account and Business Development Managers and are our first point of contact for all candidates, upholding our promise to getting to know each individual through our personal approach.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a determined individual to join our fast-growing team with excellent development opportunities. Recruitment experience is an advantage but isn't essential. If you have previous experience in a fast-paced position and have excellent customer service skills, we are keen to hear from you.

As a Resourcer you will:
* Continue to build your knowledge of the industries we operate in.
* Create job adverts through advertising and social media to attract candidates.
* Meet agreed KPI's.
* Identify, register and interview potential workers.
* Understand and complete pre-employment checks and compliance obligations.
* Have full knowledge of all relevant legislations including Working Time Directive and Agency Worker Regulations.
* Professionally represent Pace at all levels.
Your working hours will be Monday - Friday, 0830 - 1730, 40 hours per week, with an annual salary of GBP22,000 and an OTE of GBP25,000. Our offices are based in Southampton City Centre.
