We are looking for a Resourcer to join our Rail, Power & Infrastructure Team. This is a full-time, permanent position, working in our Head Office in Sheffield City Centre. It's a vital role for us, so we need a motivated, sincere and confident person, that really wants to develop their career.
The role will involve:
* Searching our database & job boards, looking for candidates that are suitable for the vacancies our clients need filling.
* This will necessitate speaking with lots of people every day, discussing potential opportunities they may be interested in now, or in the future.
* After verifying their suitability, you will also be responsible for ensuring they are compliant, i.e. fully registered, with right-to-work confirmation along with any required certification/qualifications for the role.
* You will also be responsible for collating & processing timesheets for payroll.
Whilst some experience may be useful, we are more interested in someone that is:
* Positive and energetic, who knows the day is usually what you make it.
* Resilient & tenacious; things can go wrong...we need someone whose mindset is to try and do something about it.
* Conscientious; an eye for detail and maintaining standards is essential.
This is an office-based job, with the potential of working 1 day/week from home after your probationary period. You will have weekly targets to achieve and will be responsible for your own success, for example the more placements you make, the more commission you will earn.
Resourcing also involves working out pay rates and margins, so a practical level of maths ability is required. Similarly, as you will be composing letters and emailing candidates and clients, a good level of English will be needed too. All that being said, your attitude is the most important thing to us, so if you are keen to learn and are confident in being able to pick up the phone and speak with people, helping our candidates and clients, please apply today
