We are recruiting for a number of Call Handlers for a Chesterfield based legal firm. The role will involve being the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries to the business.
The duties of the role are:
-Answer each call in a highly professional manner
-Hold a conversation with each caller, asking them questions to ascertain the nature of their query
-Logging of information on the computerised system
-All other relevant Administration
-Working in a highly confidential manner at all times
You will need to have great people skills, and be a confident communicator both over the phone and when writing emails.
Outstanding customer service skills and a high level of professionalism are a must.
