We are currently seeking to recruit an Account Manager to manage one of our on-site accounts, where GI Group offers bespoke recruitment, staffing and workforce management, provided on a client's own premises.
The ROLE: You will be responsible managing one of our on-site Accounts located in Oldham Manchester, carrying out all the day to day operations to meet our client's requirements. These include conducting interviews, site inductions, payroll, attendance management, grievance and disciplinary, etc. Responsible for meeting the account SLA's, ensuring accurate and timely payroll of all the temporary workers, auditing of workers files, producing reports and management information.
The PERSON: You would have experience within the recruitment industry. You would be resourceful, ambitious and driven to succeed, who always goes the extra mile to do a great job. We call it 'adding value to our clients and customers' you would probably call it 'all in a days work'. High level account administration will be very important to you and you would be totally focused on getting it right for your clients. You must be PC literate with a high level of experience in all Microsoft packages. Ideally the role will suit somebody who is highly motivated, committed, reliable and dedicated to fulfilling the clients every requirement.
This is a fast pace environment and the hours of work can be long at times so a flexible approach to working hours and travel is essential. A full and valid UK driving licence is also essential. Experience of, or the confidence to work with larger volumes of people face to face is desirable.
And in return you will receive a basic salary of GBP27,000 plus an attractive monthly bonus which will be based on the sites performance. We'll give you all the support we can to develop your skills and to help you achieve.
