Responsibilities

• Building new IT and IoT solutions from modules and electronic components
• Setting up, testing and commissioning routers, modems, 4G/5G modules, embedded computers, antennas etc.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting technical issues
• Providing 1st level support to customers
• Configuring hardware with firmware and software
• Setting up VPN gateways, SIMs, serial and other data channels
• Assist the Product Manager in developing and testing new IoT products and solutions for customers
• Researching, creating, testing and documenting IoT solutions

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

• Achieving the necessary learning curve for all IoT technologies provided by the Company
• Meeting SLA (Service Level Agreement) targets for response times to customers

Skills & Experience

Some or all of the following would be advantageous:-

• Basic level understanding of electronic components and circuits, routers, modems and computers
• Demonstrable ability in soldering and connecting modules and circuits
• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Windows and Linux platforms
• Exposure to Embedded-C/C++, Javascript, Node JS, Raspberry Pi and Arduino technologies
• Ready to use Git/Github source control management
• Good understanding of networking - TCP/IP, DHCP, HTTP/REST
• Strong communicative ability, both written and verbal
• Excellent interpersonal skills
